Shipping & Delivery Protection

You told me my part would not be sent if I didn't contact you in 2 days. No one was there to answer a call on Saturday or Sunday. I assumed my order was canceled. I haven't received my part and will definitely be watching my creditcard.

I've been waiting for my part for a month, where is it? No one answers texts or emails.

Part does not work. How should i return it

Package was received in really rough condition even though it was marked fragile. The part inside was not wrapped in anything for protection! Parts of the plastic were broken off with large & small pieces. Luckily, the damage didn't hinder the performance of the pump. We were able to super glue the largest piece in place and get the washing machine pump in place properly. Proper packaging could have prevented this frustration. But, so far, the washing machine works great with the replacement pump!

Although we eventually resolved the situation, but it took many days and many emails. I wrote toParts of America with our request. I was sent to Canada. When the purchase was finally made at POA, we were not sent an invoice. I was required to write again for the invoice. Not a good experience.
