At Parts of America LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to consumer legislation. Parts of America LLC are happy to process genuine return requests for the appropriate reasons. Please read the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies.

30-Day Return Window

Parts of America LLC accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the items are in their original, unopened packaging with no signs of use.

Please note the following criteria for a refund:

a. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your products are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, you may return them to us, please contact us immediately. Parts of America LLC will either replace the products or provide a refund for the purchase price at our discretion.
You will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and Parts of America LLC may charge a restocking or other fees in connection with the return.
In addition, you will receive a refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures.

b. Standard Returns

For standard returns (such as change of mind or items no longer required), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. A flat 10% restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that once a part has been installed or shows signs of wear, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and manufacturer guidelines.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

90-Day Manufacturer Warranty

All parts purchased from Parts of America LLC come with a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered:

During the 90-day period, if a part is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, Parts of America LLC will provide a replacement part at no cost to the customer. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

What is NOT Covered:

Please note that the 90-days limited manufacturer warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.
  • Labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the part.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items (e.g., water filters, batteries).

How to Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@partsofamerica.net with your order number and a description/photo of the defect. We may require the defective part to be returned to our facility for inspection.

Refund Procedures

Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and possessing the necessary knowledge to replace appliance parts safely. Parts of America LLC is not liable for any damage or injury caused by incorrect installation.

PARTS NUMBERS AND BRAND NAMES ARE USED FOR IDENTIFICATION AND CROSS-REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE ARE HIGH-QUALITY REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ARE NOT REPRESENTED AS MANUFACTURERED BY THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY UNLESS EXPLICITLY SPECIFIED.
