Thank you for visiting and shopping at Parts of America LLC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy, which is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for your orders.
Order Processing Time and Delivery
Parts of America LLC understand the importance of timely delivery for your orders. All orders are processed within the standard turnaround time, and the total delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Delivery Time. Please note that Parts of America LLC cannot guarantee delivery times beyond the carrier's capabilities.
Cancellation and Cancellation Fee
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Once an order is in the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.
Estimated Delivery Date
The estimated delivery date for your order will be provided in the Confirmation Email sent within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. This date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
Partial Deliveries
Parts of America LLC reserves the right to deliver your products in installments.
Tracking Information
Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. You can track the progress of your package from the time it leaves our door until it reaches your destination.
Standard/Regular Delivery
Our Standard Delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days. Shipping options and real-time rates will be displayed at checkout for your convenience. We utilize a network of distribution partners to ensure your appliance parts reach you as quickly as possible. In the event of a stock adjustment, we may fulfill your order directly from the manufacturer’s regional warehouse to prevent any unnecessary delays.
Carrier Responsibility
Parts of America LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. In case of loss or damage, please lodge a formal investigation with the carrier company. If you choose not to ship your items with tracking or signature confirmation, and your items are lost or damaged, you will not be reimbursed for the loss. The carrier company will be your main contact for addressing any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this confirmation.
International Shipping & Taxes
Domestic Orders:For orders within the United States, applicable state sales taxes will be calculated at checkout. To ensure the widest availability of specialized appliance parts, some orders may be fulfilled directly from our Canadian distribution centers or manufacturing partners. These orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). This means the listed price does not include import duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon entry into the United States. These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) at the time of delivery.
International Orders:We offer shipping to select international destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Parts of America LLC does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
