I reached out to let them know error on part. Called and told return possible and to email. Emailed and I explain issue including my conversation with their team. I get sent partscanada policy. I screenshot and send other policy outlining what happened and wanting return as I just ended up buying a new oven after going back and forth. Clearly not trying to do right by clients but instead have them receive a part and once box opened then it is unreturnable. Even a non working part.
Would of loved to like this resource for future parts but instead robbed my parents and myself out of our money. Clearly not customer focused. Probably recycled parts that do not work and then trap you.
