Horrible experience. Purchased the wrong part and this company refuses to answer a simple question on where to return - Canada address where the cart shipped from or US address in website? Seems as if they are wanting and forcing me to miss the 30 day deadline. There has been 11 email communications and 5 phone calls at this point (proof of it all). I started inquiring 9 days after delivery. They have hung up on me twice
