Igniters live and die in big ovens, their broilers, grills and griddles. If you bought the real thing it will outlive these consumables and need replacement. I'm glad I have a source for the real thing from US sources. I'm done with the flood of made in China facsimile items parading as "OEM' replacements, easily identified by their prices.
It was a perfect replacement for the original part. Not a hard repair to do either.
