I was charged crazy import fees nc it came from canada. Now im out $380 that i didnt have. If i would have been warned would have been nice.

Part came in Broken I want a credit for full amount .Not even an Email stating You are

We ordered a part that was said to be in stock and be 5-7 days shipping, After 3 weeks, they kept saying its coming but gave no tracking number, This was an expensive part and I paid extra for insurance and expedited shipping. I asked for a manager call and for a refund 3 different times and got no response,
