I ordered a part that was out of stock in the US warehouse and needed to be shipped from Canada. I was warned in advance that customs fees could be steep, but did not expect $92 USD worth of fees for a part that cost about $130 USD. When the part arrived, I opened the box to make sure I was sent the correct part (I was). On further inspection my problem was a clogged intake filter from a deteriorated washer. The part was never used, but because I opened the box, it couldn't be returned. I think this an unreasonable policy and am not happy about it.
This intake valve and hose for my Miele dishwasher worked beautifully. Shipping was very fast from Canada to Chicago. Three day delivery and no additional duty. Part was easy to install. It’s helpful to watch a YouTube video if you’ve never tinkered with your dishwasher. It makes the repair much easier. Took me approximately 40 minutes and my dishwasher was back up and running. Would highly recommend this seller.
I am very pleased with this product. I was able to fix a Miele dishwasher easily and only for around $100.
